The verified home of the Presec Legon class of 2024. Classmates register, confirm their email and appear in a searchable class directory, and the year group has one place to reach everyone for elections, future projects and communications.
The problem
The year group had no single database of its members. Without one, the executive elections had no trusted list of who could vote, and there was no dependable way to reach everyone for future projects and communications.
What we built
A website where every classmate registers with their name, email, phone number, course and class, then confirms their email with a 6-digit code, so the list stays verified. Verified members appear in a directory that can be searched by name, course or class.
The same platform runs the year group's executive elections: members can apply to lead, and everyone can see the candidates, what they stand for and which class they are from. A WhatsApp share button makes it easy to bring in classmates who have not registered yet.
