ACI Ark Cathedral
A management system for ACI Ark Cathedral, Abrepo. The church manages its members, attendance, day-born groups, pastoral care, finances and SMS messages in one place, with a dashboard that shows how the congregation is doing at a glance.
What we built
A single system that runs the administration of the church. Members are registered and kept in one record, and attendance is taken for each service type and tracked over time, with the trend shown on the dashboard.
Members are organised into day-born groups, each with its own leader and a report that can be generated on demand. Pastoral concerns are logged and followed up, so no one is forgotten. On the finance side the church records contributions and pledges, sets up contribution types and reads finance reports. SMS messages go out from the same place, and upcoming events are listed on the dashboard.
